In Loving Memory of JOMALEN INDONILLA MOLETA

JOMALEN was light itself—gentle, humble, and endlessly giving. She carried warmth in her smile and quiet strength in everything she did. Her compassion reached far beyond her own circle, offering kindness, comfort, and encouragement to everyone whose life she touched.

She was a university graduate, a hardworking professional, a devoted daughter, and someone who quietly placed the needs of others before her own. Her humility, loyalty, and generosity earned the respect and affection of everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She was deeply loved by her fiancé, Gregory, who saw in her not just a partner, but his best friend, his greatest love, and the person with whom he wanted to spend the rest of his life. From the moment they met in 2017, their lives became intertwined through love, trust, and unwavering commitment. Together they built a future filled with hope and shared purpose. They lived together in the Philippines, planned their life in Australia where they would live the next chapter of their lives as husband and wife. Every dream they shared brought them closer to the life they hoped to one day grow old together enjoying.

Everything changed in March and April 2023.

When JOMALEN became seriously ill with pneumonia and complications requiring urgent medical care, she was entrusted to people who had promised to care for her. During those critical days, Gregory was torn between caring for his elderly mother in Australia and his desperate wish to be at JOMALEN's bedside. Despite his repeated pleas for appropriate medical treatment, she was removed from hospital and, in Gregory's view, did not receive the care she urgently needed.

Gregory believes that those entrusted with JOMALEN's care betrayed that trust. He believes important events surrounding her illness were concealed and that, following her passing, money and personal property belonging to GREGORY & JOMALEN—and to the future they had built together—were wrongfully taken. Instead of receiving continuing hospital treatment, she was later transported hundreds of kilometres in search of alternative treatment. On 6 April 2023, JOMALEN passed away.

This website exists to honour JOMALEN's life and to preserve an accurate record of the events surrounding her final days. It is motivated by love, truth, and the belief that her story deserves to be told honestly, respectfully, and with compassion. Here you will find photographs, documents, timelines, messages, witness interviews, and medical records gathered since her passing, allowing visitors to understand both the remarkable woman JOMALEN was and why Gregory believes her story must never be forgotten.

JOMALEN deserves to be remembered not for the circumstances of her passing, but for the beautiful life she lived. She was loving, selfless, radiant, courageous, and deeply loved. She deserved every opportunity to recover, every chance to receive proper medical care, and every possibility of living the future that she and Gregory had planned together.

Her story will not be forgotten.

Her truth will continue to be told.

Her memory will live on with love, dignity, and honour.
